Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable fee of $35 is included in the price of camp. Cancellations made 15 or more business days before the start of camp will receive a full refund minus the processing fee. If you withdraw from a camp program 14 or fewer business days before the start of camp, for ANY reason, you will receive a partial refund, ONLY if we can fill your spot from the waiting list before the first day of camp. If we can fill your spot, you will receive a flat refund of $100 for full day camp and a flat refund of $50 for half day camp.
In the event that minimum enrollments are not met, we will cancel or reschedule camps. If this occurs, your entire tuition will be refunded. Activities and field trips mentioned are subject to change without notice.
Curb-Side Pick Up
Curb-side pick up will be available as long as the current downtown development will allow, but it cannot be guaranteed.
