Rental Details
Museum parties are very popular. Plan to book your party at least 8 weeks in advance. Premier Membership holders get a 10% discount on a special events rental. Learn more about Member benefits.

We can accommodate up to 300 guests. The Museum offers 12,000 square feet of gallery space and exhibits for mingling and play, a place for food set-up and a full kitchen for your caterer.

Rental Times
Tuesday, Thursday - Sunday after the Museum closes at 5pm. In order to allow time for set-up, it is suggested to begin events no earlier than 6pm.

Rental Fees
M-Th: $700 for 4-hours including set-up and clean-up, $100 each extra hour.
Friday and Sunday: $800 for 4 hours, $150 each extra hour.
Saturday: $850 for 4 hours, $150 each extra hour

Catering
The Museum has a preferred catering list. Call 472-2499 x201 to request a copy. The use of outside caterers may require additional fees.

Reservations and Deposits
Reservations may be made by phone or in person. A deposit of $300 is required to hold a date. The balance is due three weeks prior to the event. For more information call 512-472-2499 ext. 201. Plan to book your party at least 8 weeks in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to reserved date, and will receive a refund minus a $20 transaction fee. Cancellations made after that are non-refundable.
